I wasn't sure if I was able to "re draw" a tutu winner....I had originally drawn and contacted the winner with no response back...but then I seen on a recent blog giveaway that someone else had the same problem so they "re drew"

    I was wondering if the owlie had made it to Canada. I sent him off week before last...the lady at the PO had me fill out customs paperwork since he was "flying" to Canada. Keep me posted...not sure what the time frame is from Tennessee to Canada!!!
